Below are some frequently asked questions

Q- Are you taking custom orders or commissions? 

Yes, I'm taking limited commissions for abstract paintings! Available in the United Kingdom only. Please see the "commission request" page for more information.

 

Q- How long will it take to receive my painting? 

  • For store paintings delivery time: 2-3 weeks 
  • For commission work delivery time - depending on availability/other bookings I will give an estimated completion date, in addition to that 2-3 weeks for delivery 

If there is an issue on our end that we foresee prolonging shipping times, I will contact you. 

 

Q- My order was damaged during shipping! What do I do? 

No worries! It happens. The postal service isn't always so gentle with our packages. Send me an email at eoana.nei@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and I will discuss the situation with the delivery company. 

 

Q- I bought the wrong item. Do you accept returns? 

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns as everything it’s either made on demand or it’s an original painting. Make sure you are extra careful and read all the details about sizing when selecting your product! 

 

Q- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our march is shipped international, however, paintings over 24x17 inch size can only be shipped in the United Kingdom at the moment.
