Are you taking custom orders or commissions?
Yes! I’m currently accepting a limited number of commissions available within the United Kingdom only.

How long will it take to receive my painting?

For ready-made paintings from my online store: Delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks.

For commissioned work: Timelines depend on availability and existing bookings. I’ll give you an estimated completion date once we discuss the project. After that, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery.
If I anticipate any delays on my end that could affect shipping, I’ll contact you directly.
My order was damaged during shipping! What do I do?
No worries—it happens! Sometimes the postal service isn’t as gentle as we’d hope.
Please email me at eoana.nei@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and I’ll take it from there. I’ll follow up with the delivery company and work with you to sort things out.
I bought the wrong item. Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns, as all products are either made on demand or are custom.
